Rep. Proctor Volunteers at Will Rogers High School

Rep. Proctor was a substitute teacher at Will Rogers High School today teaching government. “It was a great experience to be back in the classroom and I hope that many more folks from Tulsa will be able to experience this opportunity.”Rep. Proctor taught about the Preamble to the United States Constitution and how it is still important today.
